Big Plant Science (Thailand) Company Limited is responsible for the personal data you share through this website. Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), known as the PDPA, gives you rights over that data. This page explains them in plain language. Our Privacy Policy has the full detail.

What we may hold about you

Enquiries: your name, email, phone number and message, if you contact us or apply through a form on this site.
Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
Orders and accounts: your name, contact and delivery details and order history, if you order from us directly or create an account.
Technical data: basic information your browser sends, and the details listed in our Cookie Policy.

Orders placed on Lazada are handled by Lazada under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Access: ask for a copy of your personal data and how we got it.
Portability: ask to receive your data in a commonly used format, or to have it sent to another organisation where this is possible.
Correction: ask us to fix data that is wrong or out of date.
Deletion: ask us to delete or anonymise your data when we no longer have a lawful reason to keep it.
Restriction: ask us to limit how we use your data in certain situations.
Objection: object to certain uses of your data, including direct marketing.
Withdrawing consent: where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. This doesn’t affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Complaint: complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.

How to make a request

Email sales@bigplantscience.co.th with the subject “Data request” and tell us what you would like us to do. We may need to confirm your identity first. We aim to reply within 30 days. Some requests can’t be fully met where the law requires or allows us to keep certain records, such as tax and accounting records, and we’ll explain if that applies.
