Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 6 November 2026

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use assistive technology. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA as our guide.

What we’ve done

• Pages work at phone, tablet and desktop sizes.
• The main menu, forms and buttons can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to content” link.
• Page structure uses proper headings and landmarks for screen readers.
• Images that carry meaning have text alternatives.
• Animation is reduced for people who ask for that in their device settings.
• The site is available in English and Thai.

Known limitations

• Our downloadable feeding chart PDFs are image-based and may not work well with screen readers. The same numbers appear as a table on the feeding charts page.
• Some older article images may not have full descriptions.
• Thai articles were translated automatically and may read awkwardly in places.
• Lazada and other linked websites have their own accessibility.
